· Perform vibration analysis on rotating machines remotely by analysing data from IOT sensors.
· Create report with diagnostics and recommendation and submit it to user for corrective action.
· Detailed machine diagnosis of common machinery faults, as and when required.
· Review reports generated by auto diagnostic feature and validate.
· Improve and validate the auto diagnostics features, identify fault patterns, Ensure quality reports.
· Ensure False Positives is less than -5% and False Negatives is less than – 0.5% to meet SLA.
· Improve on advanced diagnostic methods to analyze field machines better on a proactive basis.
· Proactively identify quality issues, field issues and provide corrective actions to improve diagnostics.
· Understand from the customer perspective how well the analytics shall be presented and visualized.
· Travelling – No, Location – Work from Hyderabad Office, Work timings – A, B & C Shift 5 day’s week.
Qualification/ Skills:
· Vibration Analyst Level I or above certifications.
· 7 to 10 Years of experience in Vibration Analysis of rotary equipment.
· Working experience in industrial plants like paper, Chemical, Steel and Cement etc.
· Experience in online condition monitoring will be an advantage.
· Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to address specific issues
· Strong customer focus and the desire to go the extra mile
