At Infinite Uptime – Process Division, we partner with manufacturers to drive process reliability and operational excellence through our prescriptive, AI-driven Outcome-Driven Reliability (ODR) platform. We are seeking a Solutions Specialist for our Metals vertical—someone who understands the pulse of the steel, aluminum, and broader metals industries, and can seamlessly bridge process expertise with solution-driven consultative selling.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with plant and business leaders to uncover challenges related to throughput, yield, product quality, downtime, and energy efficiency.
- Develop and present tailored solution proposals leveraging Infinite Uptime’s ODR framework to deliver measurable and sustainable outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, COE, and Engineering teams to build strong business cases, ROI models, and customer-ready narratives.
- Conduct plant walkthroughs, detailed process assessments, and proof-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate value and accelerate conversions.
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years of experience in the metals sector—preferably within steel, aluminium, or allied manufacturing operations.
- Strong process and domain expertise in areas such as rolling, casting, finishing, and process reliability improvement.
- 2–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles within manufacturing or industrial digital solutions.
- Deep industry insights, a strong customer network, and the ability to articulate process value in clear business impact terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
