Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Draft and edit compelling content for various channels, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, website copy, and social media posts.
  • Media Relations & PR Support: Assist in building and updating media contact lists, monitoring media coverage, and compiling reports.
  • Social Media Management: Contribute to the company's social media presence by creating content, monitoring engagement, and identifying trends across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Event Coordination: Provide support in planning and organizing promotional events, press conferences, or trade shows.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing and PR strategies.
  • Campaign Assistance: Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative duties, such as managing databases, organizing files, and preparing presentations using Microsoft Office Suite. 
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail in editing and proofreading.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media platforms and content management tools (e.g., WordPress, Hootsuite).
  • Personal Attributes: A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative mindset with an interest in design and an eagerness to contribute new ideas for campaigns and content.
