About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the Regional Marketing Execution Manager in planning and executing marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia (SEA) and India. This role will provide hands-on experience in event coordination, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), campaign support, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced regional marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Event Support & Execution

Assist in the planning, logistics, and execution of regional events, webinars, trade shows, and partner activities.
Support vendor coordination, budget tracking, and asset preparation.
Help manage event registration, attendee follow-ups, and post-event reporting.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Activities

Support ABM campaigns including content localization, list building, outreach coordination, and performance tracking.
Conduct research on key accounts, industries, and market trends to inform campaign strategy.
Assist in the creation and distribution of personalized marketing assets and communications.

Campaign & Operational Support

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D, product marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Help maintain and update marketing calendars, project trackers, and documentation.
Support digital marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, social media scheduling, and marketing automation tasks (if required).

Analytics & Reporting

Assist in monitoring campaign performance, collecting metrics, and preparing reports and dashboards.
Help with lead management activities, ensuring accurate data entry and alignment with sales teams.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in regional marketing, events, and ABM.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with marketing or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce), design tools like Canva or Adobe photoshop. Mailing and other softwares like MailerLite, survey monkey or pigeon hole.
