Senior Engineer - Reliability Engineering
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer with 3-4 years of experience in the Reliability Engineering department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems and products.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability engineering strategies.
- Conduct reliability analysis and testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify potential issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to customer.
- On-site reliability activities with reporting system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Reliability Engineering.
- CAT-II Certification & above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with reliability tools and methodologies.
