Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Manager – Finance to strengthen our finance function as we scale globally. This role will play a critical part in financial reporting, FP&A, statutory compliance, audits, and process excellence. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing finance operations in a fast-growing, complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Close
Lead end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting
FP&A & Financial Analysis
Perform monthly financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and risks
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights
Accounting Operations
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, and General Ledger
Review and approve invoices, journal entries, and account reconciliations
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
Compliance, Tax & Audit
Ensure compliance with consultants for GST, Income Tax, statutory filings, and various audits
Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, including annual statutory audits
Work closely with the Controller to develop and implement financial policies and controls
Systems & Process Excellence
Participate in designing and implementing new accounting systems and processes
Drive automation, efficiency, and best practices across finance operations
Strengthen internal controls and governance frameworks
Required Qualifications & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
8+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or high-growth environments
Strong experience in FP&A and financial reporting closure
Hands-on knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, audits, and statutory compliance
Proficiency with accounting systems and advanced Excel/financial tools
