Key responsibilities:
Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers or internal teams
Provide prompt and effective resolutions (remote or on-site)
Monitor system performance and identify potential problems early
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to fix recurring issues
Document problems, solutions, and standard procedures
Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
Core skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
Good understanding of relevant technologies (software, hardware, or networking depending on role)
Clear communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues simultaneously
