Job Title: Account Manager – East India

Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager – East India

About the Role
Infinite Uptime is looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth across East India. The role involves managing strategic industrial accounts, developing new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships across Steel, Mining, Metals, Cement, Power, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and ARR targets.
- Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion.
- Manage relationships with Plant Heads, Maintenance Heads, Reliability Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Lead solution selling, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, and long-term account growth.
- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure customer success.
Preferred Experience
- 8–10 years in Industrial B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in Steel, Mining, Cement, Metals, Power, Chemicals, Industrial Automation, Reliability Solutions, or Engineering Services.
- Strong track record of managing industrial customers and achieving growth targets.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Production, or related disciplines).
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
