Job Description:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Project Execution with expertise in mechanical engineering, IoT, and condition monitoring (preferably vibration monitoring). This role involves managing and executing projects remotely, with frequent travel to the UAE for on-site coordination and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing condition monitoring projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, time, and budget.
  • Support the integration of IoT solutions and network systems into mechanical projects.
  • Develop and track project timelines using Gantt charts to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Oversee the on-site deployment and operation of vibration monitoring systems in industrial environments.
  • Provide on-site support in the UAE, troubleshooting and resolving issues during project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project reports, updates, and documentation to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and contractors, for successful project delivery.
  • Manage travel schedules for frequent visits to the UAE for site supervision and client meetings.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with condition monitoring systems, especially vibration monitoring.
  • Knowledge of IoT and network systems integration.
  • Previous experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple project deliverables.
  • Strong proficiency in using Gantt charts and other project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to the UAE for on-site project supervision.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
